Launch-review draft. OutbidMy is operated by Dogfluence.com LLC. This page describes the minimum data required to run public rankings, payments, claims, safety and analytics.

Data we process

We process listing content, payer display identity, encrypted contact details, payment identifiers and amounts, moderation decisions, security signals, consent records, claim sessions, reports and limited analytics. Stripe processes payment credentials; OutbidMy does not store card numbers.

Public data

Public board data can include names, praise, ranks, amounts, payer profile links and—in owner-managed animal listings or subject-controlled Reveal—photos, places, handles and projects. Remembered entries publish an animal name, photo, memory, birth year if supplied, year of passing and payer display identity. Human Reveal fields are hidden until the verified subject enables them.

Security and minimisation

Contact details are encrypted at rest and normalized hashes are used for matching. Media metadata, including GPS EXIF, is removed during processing. Tokens are stored as hashes. Access and operator mutations are audited.

Analytics and communications

Cloudflare supplies essential infrastructure and security analytics. Sentry receives limited operational error telemetry with default personal-data collection disabled. Optional PostHog product analytics starts only after an explicit choice and can be changed through “Analytics choices” in every footer. When enabled, checkout completion, refunds and disputes are connected to the consenting browser’s random analytics ID; no name, email address or email hash is sent to PostHog. Repeat backing is calculated inside OutbidMy and shared only as a count and yes/no property. Rank and reclaim email requires separate, default-off consent and always supports one-click unsubscribe.

Control and deletion

A verified human subject can Unreveal or remove their public listing. Removal cannot guarantee immediate deletion from third-party search caches or screenshots. Financial and security records may remain where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or law.

International processing and contact

The service is operated from the United States and uses international providers. Required transfer terms, market exclusions, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific notices will be completed before worldwide checkout is enabled.
