Terms of Service

Launch-review draft. These terms must receive final privacy and consumer-law review before live checkout is enabled. OutbidMy is operated by Dogfluence.com LLC (“OutbidMy”, “we”, “us”).

1. What a payment buys

A completed payment buys immediate public placement and the attention available at that moment. It does not buy ownership of a person or animal, a permanent rank, a guaranteed number of views, advertising performance, or exclusivity. Rankings can change immediately after payment.

2. Quotes are not reservations

Any rank shown before checkout is a timestamped estimate. No position is held during checkout. The completed pre-tax payment receives the rank its locked USD value actually buys when Stripe confirms payment.

3. Final payments and limited exceptions

Payments are generally final because public attention begins when payment succeeds. Unreveal, removal, a later rank change, site downtime or dissatisfaction with traffic does not itself create a refund. We provide refunds where applicable law requires one, for a verified duplicate charge, or for a proven technical payment error.

4. Availability

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Attacks, maintenance, provider failures and internet conditions can interrupt the service. A verified outage lasting longer than fifteen minutes extends affected rolling Today windows by the verified outage duration; it does not automatically create a refund.

5. Human listings

Payers and named people must be adults. Before Reveal, only a first name, positive line, payer identity, amount and rank may be public. The verified named person controls Reveal, optional identity fields, Unreveal, removal and any later restoration. Removal does not erase the private financial audit trail or reverse payment.

6. Content and enforcement

You must follow the Acceptable Use rules. We may reject, hide or remove content, suspend write access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Automated moderation can reject uncertain content before payment.

7. Taxes and charity language

Tax is calculated separately and does not count toward rank. Purchases are not charitable contributions. Any later company-funded donation is independent from the transaction unless we explicitly publish a different legally reviewed program.

8. Remembered

A Remembered payment buys one unranked remembrance and no charitable contribution. It has no renewal fee and remains available while OutbidMy operates, unless its verified manager removes it or we must remove it under these terms. A manager may permanently convert an eligible ranked animal listing to Remembered without a refund; it cannot return to a ranked board.

9. Governing terms and operator

Wyoming law governs where legally permitted, without removing mandatory consumer or privacy rights in your location. The operator and contracting party is Dogfluence.com LLC, Wyoming filing ID 2022-001146612, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: hello@outbidmy.love.
